Your trainer will have years of health and fitness experience and will be certified in the following: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, American Red Cross Medical First Responder (CPR and AED certified), and working on a Pre-physical Therapy undergraduate degree. At different fitness levels? Each person will be given exercises to challenge their current fitness level.

Hate doing cardiovascular activity? Not really into running? This is for you. An intense 30 minutes of real time boxing and kickboxing pad work. Learn the ropes while throwing punches, kicks, and knees. Build footwork, agility, timing, and release a little stress in the process. Guaranteed to become addictive!

Not in our area….not a problem. We are proud to be part of a growing area of professional online fitness consulting. We provide our clients with all the tools and support needed to reach those new goals (or old ones that haven’t been fully achieved yet). Included will be a comprehensive series of questionnaires encompassing your specific goals, health history, limitations, habits, likes/dislikes and so on. This will give our staff all the information it needs to perform an in depth analysis of your current health and fitness levels. Following our review, a trainer will design and send, via email, a series of phased programs covering resistance training and cardiovascular activity. Each week a new level begins keeping you motivated and bringing you through the necessary phases to challenge the novice and advanced alike. All programs are easy to follow including full color pictures, videos, and thorough descriptions. Also included are email support and weekly progress reports scheduled with a trainer allowing you never to stall on your road to health and fitness.
